This position will be responsible for:

Management of Customer orders, inquiries and or complaints

End to end responsibility from Order Intake until delivery at final customers including invoicing process.

This is a back office role, to provide a communication link to the customers.

  • Manages the Customer Care Center (CCC)
  • Organizes the reception and management of order entries for product line in an integrated way. 
  • suggests alternative products and services and providing support in the resolution of complaints and issues, as needed
  • Organizes an integrated answer to all customer needs together with Sales and Service Teams.
  • Manages the integration, transfers and accountancy of all orders.
  • Organizes all tasks according to the deadlines of all customers.
  • Acts as a key element in the network with Sales, Sales Support, Marketing, Production Planning, Logistic and Service.
  • Perform (semi) routine customer operations back office tasks, including software input (SAP or equivalent)
  • Develops and maintains understanding of all products, systems, services, processes within the area of responsibility
  • Serves as contact for customers and sales to assure responsiveness (order and delivery related info)
  • May organize physical delivery of products to end users (consumables/equipment)
  • May organize the shipment and communicate delivery to all parties involved
  • May provide guidance and assistance to less experienced staff
  • Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues
  • Proactively checks required credit approvals (to be obtained from credit department) and acts within established guidelines
  • In charge of invoicing process also credit notes, manage consignment´s customers stock.


To be successful in this position, you will need:

International Business - Administration - Logistics

Professional Education - up to 3 years os relevant experience
