  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Escalate problems to <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">line manager upon <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">necessary support
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on equipment
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Assist internal and external customers (e.g. user, freelancer, colleagues from all business areas,<span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif"> e<span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">tc.) on-site <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">and/or remo<span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">tely on technical questions and issues
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Identify opportunity for up-selling Agfa Services and Products and pass on up-selling opportunities to sales as required
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Troubleshoot Product / Solution and IT infrastructure issues (technically, not user / application related)
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Upgrade and migrate Product / Solution and IT infrastructure (e.g. database, operational systems etc.)
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">I<span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">mplement workarounds and solutions and report interventions (technically, not user / application related)
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Identify risks and problems and manage follow-up of incidents
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Assist<span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif"> Service General Manager and line manager who report to <span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">HQ in problem solving and risk analysis

    • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Execute installations as a team member of the installation team or as the installation responsible
    • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Execute Break & fix primarily in the zone but also in the region as a whole, on-site and remotely
    • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Take own responsibility to give highest quality in all service tasks towards the customer
    • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Give operator training on equipment to customer
