The Sales Consultant is responsible for:

- Create and execute a strategic plan to leverage sales in the region / portfolio.

-  Act as contact for the designated customer base for Agfa products and services.

- Follow-up of potential customers from first contact to contract closure

- Account Qualification

- Manage customer relationship and customer expectations during the proposal and negotiation phase.

- Negotiate with customers (new sales, upgrades, service contracts)

- Explain and demonstrate the products / solutions sold and think strategically with the customer (requires in-depth knowledge of the product line and its applications).

- Coordinate and control sales processes.

- Interact with all internal areas involved in the sales process.

- Prepares technical presentations and demonstrates how a product meets customer needs.

- Documents customer requirements and provides technical guidance related to sales strategy and proposals.

- Can serve as technical troubleshooting for customers after sales are closed and while products are being tested or installed.

- You can also follow up on technical visits to help with customer troubleshooting.


To be successful in the position, you will need:

-  Be based in Curitiba

-  Postgraduate studies

- Intermediate English Knowledge

- Technical Training in Graphic Arts by SENAI

- Extensive knowledge in prepress, printing, color management consulting and graphics process, minimum experience of 4 years in Curitiba region, negotiating with clients.

- Must have availability for constant travel.
