Sales Excellence Manager

As a Sales Excellence Manager within Agfa's DPS team, you will contribute to shaping the future of our sales operations. You will work closely with our global DPS sales teams, providing valuable insights, challenging the status quo, and driving strategies to maximize profitability.  You will act as the PMO for the Sales Excellence Program and take ownership of critical sales processes and tools.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Data-Driven Insights: Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards and analytical tools to deliver actionable insights that drive data-driven decision-making.

Performance Enhancement: Facilitate structured business performance reviews with regional teams, tracking progress and guiding actions to achieve sales excellence.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Finance, ICT and Data Analytics teams to coordinate business performance analysis, reporting activities, and incentive plans.

Best Practices: Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices to sales teams across regions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Sales Excellence Program: Lead the implementation of the Sales Excellence program in collaboration with the DPS leadership team.

Influence: Ability to influence and garner support from senior-level stakeholders to champion sales excellence initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

 

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Engineering, or related disciplines.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or business transformation, with a proven track record of success.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects to achieve desired outcomes.

Problem Solving: Expertise in daily management and problem-solving methodologies to address challenges effectively.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM, CPQ, and reporting tools, preferably with expertise in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI).

Language Skills: Fluent in English.
